One word? Longevity. Paulo has now played 255 games at professional level! After celebrating the 100-game mark in Ligue 2 a few years ago, last night marked a new milestone for the experienced goalkeeper. "I've managed to keep this longevity at nearly 34 years old, I tell myself that I still have many good years ahead of me! I'm proud of what I've done and I hope it will continue," said Paul at the final whistle.

Since his arrival at the club in July 2021, our goalkeeper has played 41 games and has 14 clean-sheets (almost 1/3), for 36 goals conceded. Very positive statistics, which helped the club to have the best defence in the league last season...
